Yes. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and your data at rest is protected with industry-standard encryption. Your sessions are confidential and we never sell personal information to third parties.
Only you. Our systems do not surface conversation content to staff, and we do not share your sessions with advertisers, insurers, or other third parties.
Yes. You can delete individual sessions, your entire history, or your full account at any time from your settings. You can also request a full export of your data before deletion.
We do not use your personal therapy sessions to train our AI models. Anonymised, aggregated platform usage data may be used to improve the product, never your personally identifying content.

Yes. You can cancel any time from the billing page with no cancellation fee. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
